Sam McNeal Ph.D. is a Technology Transfer Specialist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) beginning in September of 2020. Prior to working at the CDC, Dr. McNeal was a Licensing Associate at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for close to five years. Dr. McNeal received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from Brown University in 2012 and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania and Morehouse School of Medicine.
