The Leadership Alliance continues to expand opportunities for underrepresented scholars through research, mentorship, and career development. In 2024, the Alliance welcomed new institutional partners, launched innovative research programs, and hosted over 600 scholars at its National Symposium. With a record-breaking 438 students in its Summer Research Program and a growing network of 1,150+ doctoral scholars, TLA is shaping the future of academia and the research workforce.
