Since 1995, the Leadership Alliance National Symposium (LANS) has been a pivotal gathering for undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and program leaders committed to advancing diversity in research and academia.

This year’s theme, “Collective Power: Community, Collaboration, and the Future of Research,” highlights the importance of our shared network in driving academic excellence. By bringing together over 5,500 SR-EIP participants and over 1,000 doctoral alumni, LANS continues to foster an environment where mentorship and innovation intersect. We remain dedicated to broadening access and leveraging our collective expertise to shape the future of the research workforce.
