Changing the Future One Student at a Time

The culminating event of the Summer Research Early Identification Program (SR-EIP) is the Leadership Alliance National Symposium (LANS). Undergraduates present research from their summer internships and engage in professional development, mentoring and networking events among the Alliance family of graduate students, advanced degree alumni, faculty and administrators.
